Working remote or remotely working?

Work-life balance and working remote (working from home) is a topic that usually instigates a debate like a discussion on God. Both sides vehemently posit their point of view by citing examples and data from various sources rarely coming to a conclusion or a common ground.

In traditional and large companies, ‘working from home’ is tolerated rather than encouraged; while on the other hand, some of the new-age companies have majority of their workforce working remotely. Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer famously abolished working from home in 2013, saying that “people are more productive when they’re alone, but they’re more collaborative and innovative when they’re together
